NPCS

The non-playable characters (NPCs) in Eden are robots with artificial intelligence created by the unknown creator of Eden who left the place a long time ago.

The Mayor
This jolly old man is the one to come to when you have any huge problems! After all, this nameless mayor is the authority of the world. He may not come out of his room most of the time, but he'll be there when he's really needed the most.

The Receptionists
Eden has two lovely receptionists who are as different as night and day! Literally.

Any time in the morning (from 12AM-11:59AM), you'll meet the bright and nice receptionist who goes by the name of Sunny! She'll answer all your questions with a smile.

But if you come in the afternoon or evenings (from 12PM to 11:59PM), you'll meet the gloomy Luna, who is almost always grumpy. She'll still answer any question you ask, but won't be very happy about it.

The Librarian
If you're in the spring district's library, you might run into its librarian, Lotta Knowledge! She's the woman to ask about anything book-related or even library-related. However, if you're too noisy, she won't hesitate to kick you out of the library by any means necessary.

The Janitor
Are you looking for the culprit who brought you here? Well, look no further, because the janitor who goes by the name of Scruffy is your man. He's slightly cranky, but only because he likes everything to be nice, clean, and tidy. Especially the machine that he calls his wife.

Coffee Seller
Want some coffee? Meet Joe, who's always ready to hand a cup of joe. He wanders all over town, drinking his coffee. Just don't talk to him when he doesn't have any.

Storekeepers
The people who run all the stores are two people, and they're a little clumsy. They don't have names, which is why they always go by a different name each time you see them.

COMMUNICATION

The way to communicate on Eden is the same as you would on Earth: with cell phones and laptops! These two things are given to characters upon arrival. However, each cell phone and laptop has its own design that is made for each individual.

Meaning that if their cell phones and laptops are stolen, they cannot be used. Only the original owner of said communication equipment can actually use them. They can also never be broken, as they are indestructible. However, the parts can be removed to make the equipment be unable to work.



The cell phones can do the following:
• Call, text, and video chat with other people who are on Eden.
• Take photos.
• Go on the internet.
• Download various applications that you can normally find on an iPhone, Android, what have you.



The laptops can do the following:
• Go on the internet.
• Take photos and videos.
• Download various things.
• Literally anything that you can do on a laptop.
